Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the steps below.

 

How to request account deletion

You can request that your account and associated data be deleted in either of the following ways:

Option 1 — Within the app

  1. Open the STS app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile / Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to support@sts01.netfrom the email address or phone number registered with your account, using the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Please include your registered name and mobile number so we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 7 business days.


What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:

  • Your name, email address, and mobile number
  • Your profile information
  • Your saved locations and ride history
  • Your ratings and reviews

What data may be retained

For legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention purposes, some information may be retained for a limited period even after your account is deleted. This includes:

  • Transaction and payment records required by applicable tax and financial regulations
  • Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

Any retained data is stored securely and is deleted once it is no longer required.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Data retained for legal or regulatory reasons is deleted automatically once the required retention period has passed.
